Quitting 7-OH is rough.
You don't have to white-knuckle it by yourself.

I made this because I didn't find much out there for people quitting 7-OH specifically, just general kratom stuff. Post what you're going through, what's actually helping, ask dumb questions, whatever. Nobody here is gonna judge you for using or for struggling to quit.
